6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

To comply with Paddle’s Buyer Protection Terms:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for both subscription and one-time services.
• Refunds may not apply to custom-tailored digital work already delivered or completed.
• To request a refund, contact us at gouppro1@gmail.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request.
• We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

7. Digital Delivery Only

All services are delivered digitally via email or project workspace.
No physical items will be shipped.
